Antoinette Donley (President)

My name is Antoinette (Toni) Donley and I have been a practicing massage therapist since 2000.  I currently own Believe In Massage, LLC, in Lemoyne. As a PA licensed massage therapist, I am a member of AMTA, both which provide strong ethical guidelines. I’ve taught massage therapy and related courses at the Alternative Conjunction and Computer Learning Network. Throughout my continuing education and experience, I have learned various massage modalities such as:  Swedish, Deep Tissue, Lymphatic Drainage, Myofascial Release, Sports, Reflexology, Pregnancy, Neuromuscular, Trigger Point Therapy and various energy techniques. Through a combination of these techniques, I have extensive experience pain management related to:  sciatica, whiplash, degenerative disc disease, carpal tunnel syndrome, TMJ disorders, chronic forward head, frozen shoulder, rotator cuff issues, plantar fasciitis, stress and fibromyalgia.

Since each body is unique and has its own problem area, your massage session is tailored to meet YOUR specific needs and concerns.

In 1995, I graduated with a B.A. in Speech Communications from Shippensburg University and received a Master’s Degree in Communication Studies from Shippensburg in 2009.  Along with owning Believe In Massage, I’m also an Adjunct Professor of Communications at H.A.C.C. and serve on the Communications Review Board at Central Penn College.

Tara Barrett (Massage Therapist)

My name is Tara Barrett and I have been practicing massage therapy since 2003. I am a PA Licensed Massage Therapist (msg000292), Board Certified through the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, and a member with ABMP. I taught massage therapy for nine years at a local technical school. I have been trained in various massage modalities including: Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Lomi Lomi, Reiki, Aromatherapy, Sports, Swedish, and Pregnancy. I work with clients that are seeking relief from pain, athletes, and injury recovery/prevention. I understand how the body works and how important it is to take care of yourself.

I have earned A.A in Business Administration and Business Management from Harrisburg Area Community College, B.S. in Business Administration and Marketing from Franklin University, and M.S. in Marketing and Communication from Franklin University.
